The registered office is an administrative address provided by a company formation and registered office service. It is not a retail premises, no stock is held there, and it is not staffed for customer enquiries. Everything to do with an order, a return or a repair goes to the Holmfirth address.

United States. Consumer protection is administered at state level. Your state Attorney General's office handles consumer complaints.
